PDFSpinner does not provide any content, except that which the user enters. It will display any PDF which is in a folder the user has selected. Therefore it is suitable for all ages.
It is conceivable that a user could have age inappropriate content in their file system, but that would be accessible through the Files app on iPhone and iPad, and through the file system on a Mac. This is the user's responsibility to control.
